- Key Responsibilities:SEO (Search Engine Optimization):Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images.
- Perform regular SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- SSM (Social Media Marketing):Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to grow social media presence and engagement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an online community.
- Track social media trends and competitor activity.
- General Digital Marketing:Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align digital strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management.
- Assist in planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, PPC, influencer marketing, etc.).
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on SEO and SSM execution.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and social media algorithms.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
