Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to pitch our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and client visits as required.
  • Present and pitch company services (apps, websites, robotics) to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into projects.
  • Maintain proper records of interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales (preferred), or any graduate with strong interest in sales & marketing.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior internships or experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to confidently visit client locations when required.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
