
IT Sales Executive

Job Overview:
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to sell our IT solutions, including custom software, cloud services, and IT consulting. You'll work with clients to understand their needs and recommend the best technology solutions to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Growth:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to introduce Ninos IT Solutions' services.
- Understand clients' needs and provide them with the right technology solutions (e.g., cloud services, custom software, IT consulting).
- Explain our services clearly and help clients understand how we can solve their problems.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns quickly, working with the team to find solutions.
- Keep clients updated on new services and opportunities for growth.
- Work with partners and vendors to deliver the best solutions for clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in IT sales or a similar field.
- Good understanding of IT solutions like software development, cloud services, and IT consulting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and manage sales.
- Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
- A degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
