The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving business growth through developing new partnerships, expanding the client base, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting the company's insurance products and services across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the insurance market (life, general, or corporate insurance).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and client servicing.
Provide feedback to management regarding market insights, customer preferences, and potential product improvements.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies while conducting business.
Support recruitment, training, and performance management of insurance advisors or channel partners (if applicable).
Track, analyze, and report on business perform
ance metrics to management.
