Role: AVP- Product Development - (Only Insurance)

Experience: 7 Years +

Role & responsibilities :

New Product Developmen: Developing Product calendar and yearly plan with leader

developing new products, filling GAPs in product portfo

Product Strategy: Optimizing revenue and driving products in each channel, tracking VNB

movement, product mix, pay mix at channel

Testing & Tracking: UAT testing of all new products and modifications before launch o

Apps, and web aggregators. Cross checking illustrations, stories based on product filing and

Underwriting guidelines set.

Channel Management: Understanding requirement of partners for new products/features and

developing product sales strategy for offline channels and web aggregators, banca, and

Marketing Collaboration: Designing sales stories, launch plans, Video contents, campaigns, and

curating marketing content.

Training: Educating trainers and sales teams on new and existing products, addressing product

queries of distributors.
