Expertrons.Job Title: AVP - Product Marketing.Location: Mumbai - Work from Office.Experience: 6-10 years.About 100X Growth Partners (by Expertrons): - 100X Growth Partners, an initiative by Expertrons, is a growth acceleration partner helping businesses scale through a proven franchise-led expansion model.- Founded by IIT Bombay alumni and backed by Expertrons, we empower brands to grow with minimal capital risk via strategic planning, recruitment, marketing, and operational execution.About Expertrons: - Expertrons is the world's largest AI-powered career experience platform, revolutionizing professional growth.- Trusted by experts from Microsoft, Amazon, Sequoia Capital, Harvard Business School, and more, we use cutting-edge videobot technology to provide career guidance at scale.About the Role: - We are seeking an experienced and data-driven AVP Product Marketing to lead our marketing automation, performance, and media marketing initiatives.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions seamlessly integrating lead generation, CRM, and sales funnel optimization.Key Responsibilities: Marketing Automation & Funnel Management- Develop and implement automation workflows across platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to streamline lead nurturing.- Build and manage the lead-to-sales funnel ensuring smooth MQL SQL Conversion journey.- Monitor and optimize conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.Performance & Media Marketing- Lead performance marketing across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and CAC optimization.- Drive media marketing campaigns online and offline to enhance product visibility and brand reach.- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns.CRM & Data Analytics- Leverage CRM tools to manage customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalized communication.- Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and user behavior to guide strategic decisions.- Maintain and improve database hygiene and campaign attribution accuracy.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing objectives with business outcomes.- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and performance tracking.Key Skills & Competencies: - Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).- Proficiency in managing multi-channel campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Email, Affiliate).- Deep understanding of CRM systems and lead funnel dynamics (MQL SQL Conversion).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 6-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Digital Marketing roles.- Proven record of driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies.Why Join Us: - Opportunity to lead data-driven marketing initiatives for a high-growth product.- Collaborate with a dynamic team driving innovation and measurable impact.- Competitive compensation up to 15 LPA with performance-linked incentives.
