Credilio was founded with the idea of digitizing distribution value chain of personal finance products. The mission of Credilio - to create a nationwide army of multi-branded trained advisors who can assist in digital onboarding of loans and cards. Credilio enables a small financial advisor educate customers and recommend lending products that are best suited to meet their unique requirements and further enabling them to subscribe for credit cards or loans digitally.

The company does this by providing a large range of product offerings and a customized recommendation tool through a simple mobile app that empowers advisors to be truly digital and future-ready. In addition, the platform allows for instant online approval by leveraging open banking APIs of Banks and NBFCs, thus making the purchase process transparent and paperless. It has reduced the average prospecting-to-onboarding time to less than 10 minutes in a single session as compared to industry average of an interrupted process over 2-3 days.

A challenger start-up, Credilio is the brainchild of second time entrepreneurial duo Mr. Aditya Gupta and Mr. Anand Kapadia. Its backed by a clutch of Venture Capital funds namely Cornerstone Venture Capital Partners, Exfinity Venture Partners and Param Capital founder Mukul Agarwal.

**Job Title**

AVP Product - Personal Loans

**Job Summary**

The incumbent will be part of the Product Team - looking after key Personal Loan propositions. He/shewill be responsible for managing new product launches as well handling key aspects of existing productsin close co-ordination with external and internal stakeholders. The person will report to Lead - Personal Loans Product.

**Please note: Experience in digital journey of Personal loans product is mandatory.**

**Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

- **
- Implement new digital Personal Loans launches on Credilio Pro platform.
- Establish product specifications & write PRD’s.
- Work closely with the Technology team to develop best-in-class experience for the various stakeholders.
- Work closely with lending partners to manage product launches and ongoing interactions to develop a profitable portfolio.

**Required Skills and Knowledge:

- **
- Direct experience of handling Product or Business profile for Personal Loans in a leading Bank / NBFC
- Exposure to Digital processes and working with digital partners will be a clear advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Required Experience /Qualifications:

- **
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing Management preferred
- 4 + years of experience

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
