Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haveli for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and customer service. The role involves building relationships with clients, managing the sales process, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will also provide training and support to teams to improve sales outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills aimed at building lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive targets and achieve business goals
  • Ability to provide effective Training and support to sales teams for process efficiency
  • High level of organization, problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a sales role is preferred but not mandatory
