Our License Compliance and Advisory Services team is part of the APAC Sales Organization, playing a critical role in ensuring customers are correctly licensed and maximizing the value of PTC products.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Advisory Services and ARR Preservation Specialist to join our SEA License Compliance team. This role supports regional sales success by driving license compliance, preserving annual recurring revenue (ARR), and implementing strategies that strengthen customer relationships and reduce churn. You'll collaborate across teams to enhance product engagement, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term subscription success.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct on-site and mid-to-large scale license compliance reviews, reconciling software deployment and entitlement records.
  • Complete license reviews within defined timelines and targets.
  • Communicate and negotiate with customer leadership teams to resolve compliance issues.
  • Identify licensing gaps and provide expertise on software asset management.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and systems for license review activities.
  • Develop strategic closure plans for compliance accounts and identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with IT leaders (CIO/CTO) to support sales closure.
  • Use Salesforce for pipeline management and collaborate with sales and customer success teams.
  • Implement ARR preservation strategies to reduce churn and optimize product engagement.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years, including several years in license compliance within a software vendor or partner organization in APAC.
  • Proven experience in conducting compliance reviews, managing anti-piracy initiatives, and handling contractual matters.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance methodologies, licensing frameworks (ELAs/EULAs), and software compliance tools.
  • Expertise in intellectual property and software licensing models.
  • Ability to manage complex engagements and long-term sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Degree-level education preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience collaborating across functional teams.
  • Ability to build strategic business cases and deliver customer-focused solutions.

  • Background in Big Four consulting or similar.
  • Proven success in closing complex audits and significant opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
