Hiring: Fundraising Manager

Location: Borivali East, Mumbai

Qualification: MBA in Finance (mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead investment and capital-raising initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background and proven experience in securing funds from venture capital firms, private equity, and financial institutions.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG / D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective fundraising strategies to meet the company's capital goals.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with VCs, PE firms, family offices, angel investors, and financial institutions.
  • Prepare and deliver pitch decks, investment proposals, and financial models to potential investors.
  • Negotiate deal terms and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with overall business strategy.
  • Track industry trends, investor sentiments, and competitor funding activities in the FMCG/D2C ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain a robust investor relations framework for ongoing engagement and trust.
  • Monitor fundraising performance and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in Finance from a reputed institution (mandatory).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
  • Prior experience with FMCG / D2C brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong network across VC, PE, and financial sectors.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month
