About The Role
We're looking for a
Creator Manager
to join an Artist Management team. This role is for someone who understands creators, culture, and the ever-evolving entertainment landscape. You'll manage day-to-day operations for creators, negotiate brand deals, and design long-term career pathways.

A key requirement is
fluency in Malayalam or Tamil
to engage effectively with creators and audiences in those languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map career growth and provide 360° management support to creators.
  • Execute & negotiate brand-led deals, while ideating and building concepts.
  • Service day-to-day inquiries across Live, Content & Brand verticals.
  • Build live touring plans, negotiate and execute shows (corporate, college, ticketed).
  • Advise creators on content strategy, long-term planning, and subculture development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across business verticals.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3–4 years in artist management, A&R, or related roles.

  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel basics.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to identify and analyze industry/creator trends.

  • Languages: Fluency in either Malayalam or Tamil (non-negotiable).

  • Traits: Reliable, proactive, collaborative, resilient, and passionate about creators.
