Role Overview

We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Strategist
to lead
channel growth, social media strategy, and digital innovation
for our clients.

This is a
client-facing, senior role -
you will not just execute but
own the strategy, growth playbooks, and performance outcomes
across multiple platforms. A strong blend of creatives and analytics will be a winning combo to have in the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Social Media Strategy

• Design and execute growth strategies for our clients across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and more.
• Optimize content for SEO, discovery, and retention.
• Build and manage cross-platform publishing workflows, including stories and community content.
• Oversee daily engagement and community management across comments, messages, and DMs.
• Partner with our internal Post Production stakeholders like Creative Producers, and Editors to create content that aids to growth.

Client-Facing Strategy Leadership

• Act as the primary strategist for key clients, providing insights, reports, and recommendations.
• Present growth strategies and performance reviews in a clear, actionable manner.
• Partner with clients to align digital tactics with brand identity and long-term goals.

Performance & Innovation

• Track, analyze, and iterate strategies based on analytics.
• Advise on paid media planning and budget allocation.
• Experiment with AI-driven formats, gaming communities, and new storytelling approaches.
• Ensure consistent voice and brand identity across platforms across multiple clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years
  of experience or more, in a
  strategy-building capacity
  within digital marketing, social media, or channel growth.
• Demonstrated success in
  growing channels and communities across multiple platforms. Would love to know about these success stories and metrics in the cover letter.

• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Experience leading
  client-facing strategy conversations
  and presenting actionable insights.
• Ability to think at a
  strategic leadership level
  , while guiding teams to execute.
• Exposure to gaming, AI-assisted content, or creator economy ecosystems is a plus.
