Shift timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

NP : Immediate - 15 days

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates using various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and smart filters to identify relevant candidate profiles.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers, track feedback, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to balance candidate expectations and company bandwidth
  • Maintain accurate data in recruitment trackers and ATS.
  • Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports and pipeline updates

Key Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Strong hands-on experience sourcing candidates using Naukri and advanced Boolean searches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools
