We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Officer to manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable insights to support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical financial expertise with strong analytical skills and enjoys partnering with leadership to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

Handle full-cycle accounting operations, including ledger management, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting.

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.

Prepare MIS reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards to guide business decisions.

2. Compliance & Statutory Obligations

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, PT, Income Tax, and ROC filings.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks to facilitate audits and compliance activities.

Implement and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risk.

3. Payroll & Vendor Management

Oversee payroll processing, reimbursements, and employee benefits.

Manage vendor payments, receivables, and optimize cash flow management.

4. Financial Planning & Analysis

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

Assist leadership in strategic decision-making with actionable insights.

5. Documentation & Process Management

Maintain organized financial records in compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards.

Streamline financial processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) for reporting and analysis.

Experience in payroll management, vendor management, and cash flow planning.

Ability to produce clear, actionable financial insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

CA Inter, CMA, or MBA in Finance.

Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or corporate environments.

Exposure to international taxation, financial audits, or due diligence processes.
