We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Intern
who is passionate about digital marketing, loves working with data, and is eager to learn how to run ads that drive real business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
  • Work on audience research, targeting, and segmentation strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies and visuals
  • Conduct competitor analysis and explore new performance marketing opportunities
  • Support retargeting campaigns and conversion optimization initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other ad platforms (bonus if you've tried running campaigns)
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with numbers and data
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Proactive learner who is eager to explore and test new ideas
