Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Executive/Manager to drive B2B sales and B2C sales of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software sales cycle, be comfortable managing complex sales processes, and possess the ability to build long-term client relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting product demos, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for our software products.
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions through product demos and consultations.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-8 years of experience in software or SaaS sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud platforms, and SaaS business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., SAP, Zoho).
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
