Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented improvements to ensure sustained success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
  • Support the continuous improvement culture by promoting innovation and a problem-solving mindset across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Transportation & Logistics – mandatory.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel – mandatory.
  • Exceptional English communication skills – mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis software.

Ideal:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the operations or distribution industry.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
