- Lead to Cash Process Analysis:
- Analyze and document the entire Lead to Cash process (order management, billing, revenue recognition, collections) in the telecom domain. Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Solution Planning and Design:
- Work closely with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement solutions that streamline and optimize the L2C cycle. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the design aligns with business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Provide analytical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the L2C cycle. Work with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, IT) to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with various internal teams (business, IT, operations, etc.) to gather requirements, document processes, and provide recommendations for improvements. Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Process Mapping and Documentation:
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, requirements documentation, and use case scenarios. Document system configurations, business requirements, and functional specifications for system enhancements and implementations.
- Testing and Validation:
- Assist in validating and testing new L2C solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and functional specifications. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure seamless testing, deployment, and integration of solutions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to the L2C cycle and provide regular reports on process performance. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements.
- Project Management Support:
- Support project management activities, including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, and execution of L2C-related projects. Track project progress and report on milestones.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the ongoing optimization of L2C processes by recommending automation and process improvements based on industry best practices.
- 8-11 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Lead to Cash (L2C) processes in the Telecom domain.
- Strong understanding of telecom billing systems, order management, revenue recognition, and collections processes.
- Proven ability to identify business requirements, define processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within the L2C cycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in business process modeling tools and documentation (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
- Experience working with ERP or L2C systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of telecom-specific billing solutions, CRM, and financial systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Knowledge of automation tools and advanced analytics in the L2C space.
- Understanding of industry best practices and regulatory standards in telecom operations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions for telecom.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Business Analysis Professional – CBAP) are an added advantage
