Dear Candidate,

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business requirements gathering, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business operations, systems, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop detailed process flows, use cases, wireframes/mock-ups, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for projects across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, stakeholders, and product teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Analyze data trends and KPIs to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Support project planning, project management, risk analysis, and change management activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BA function.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools such as JIRA, Canva, Figma and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel or SQL preferred).
  • Experience in HR, construction, IT, e-commerce, SEO, or consulting industries is a plus.
