Job Title: HR Executive/AM - Payroll, Time Office & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT and Benefits of employees)

Location: Corporate Office, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Executive to manage payroll, time office operations, and statutory compliance for our upcoming Thermal Power Project. The role will be based at our corporate office at Ahmedabad and will ensure accurate and timely execution of HR operations in alignment with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Time Office Management:

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules for project employees.
  • Coordinate with site HR for biometric data and attendance reconciliation.
  • Maintain and update time office reports and dashboards.

Payroll Administration:

  • Process monthly payroll including salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and coordinate with finance team.
  • Handle full & final settlements and salary-related queries.

Statutory Compliance:

  • Administer EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
  • Ensure timely filing and submission of statutory returns and reports.
  • Liaise with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters.

Employee Benefits & Taxation:

  • Manage employee medical insurance (Mediclaim) and coordinate claims.
  • Handle income tax declarations, TDS deductions, and Form 16 issuance.
  • Support employees with tax-related queries and documentation.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with audit standards.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports for payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with site HR and corporate teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 05 Years of Exp. in payroll and Employees related statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, EPF, ESIC, gratuity, and taxation part .
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, payroll software, and HRMS tools.
