Job description

Position: NC Programmer (CAM)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3–4 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Software Skills:

  • Esprit (preferred) / NC programming software (3D)
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks

Job Responsibilities

  • Study component drawings and determine the best machining process.
  • Generate 3D tool paths and machining programs (Turning & Milling) based on process routings and engineering drawings.
  • Estimate manufacturing time based on raw material size and final product dimensions.
  • Write programs for various machining operations, including multi-machine setups.
  • Manage time effectively to meet set deadlines.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Knowledge of electronics, computers, and machine tools.
  • Ability to evaluate drawings, job orders, and blueprints for calculations.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools, CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and GD&T.
