**Job Title: Programmer cum CNC Machine Operator**

**Location**: Coimbatore
**Shift**: Rotational Shifts

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and modify CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines.
- Perform tool selection, calibration, and adjustments to achieve accurate machining operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality compliance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to optimize machining processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- BE, Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Programming, or related field.
- Minimum 3 Years experience as a Programmer and CNC Machine Operator.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Mastercam).
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
