**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using **Delcam (PowerMILL or equivalent)** for 4 and 5 axis machining centers.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications to create precise machining strategies.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure program accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.
- Perform simulations and dry runs to validate tool paths and eliminate potential errors.
- Support tooling selection and fixture design to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with **aerospace and defence industry standards** such as AS9100 or equivalent.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain program documentation and revision control.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Minimum **3-8years** of hands-on CNC programming experience using **Delcam** software.
- Strong understanding of **multi-axis machining** and post-processing.
- Experience working on **aerospace and defence components**—preferably with tight tolerances and exotic materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting **CAD/CAM files**, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
- Familiarity with **metallic and composite materials** used in aerospace manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and documentation for defence-related production.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
- Exposure to **AS9100**, **NADCAP**, or other aerospace standards.
- Experience with additional CAM tools or CNC controllers (e.g., Siemens, Fanuc).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,320,636.01 per year
