Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our BMW dealership sales operations. The role involves managing a high-performing sales team, driving luxury car sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experience aligned with BMW standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop strategies to increase showroom traffic, lead conversion, and premium customer retention.
- Manage corporate sales, VIP clients, and high-net-worth customers.
- Ensure adherence to BMW brand standards in sales, customer interaction, and documentation.
- Conduct regular sales training, product updates, and performance reviews for the team.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and after-sales teams for smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 6–10 years of proven experience in luxury automobile sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury car financing, insurance, and RTO processes.
- Target-driven, professional, and passionate about premium automobiles.
