Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our team at Softnue. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in software or IT sales and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive client acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular performance reports to leadership
  • Represent Softnue at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales pipelines
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and lead a results-oriented team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
