We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with payroll laws, and drive payroll system transitions. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Finance, and compliance teams to maintain accuracy, process efficiency, and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing, including full and final settlements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll operations.
  • Support audits by preparing payroll documentation and maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and ensure alignment of payroll processes with legal and regulatory changes.
  • Lead payroll system transitions, including planning, data migration, testing, and implementation.
  • Monitor payroll quality, address feedback, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Generate payroll reports, dashboards, and MIS for management and compliance.
  • Handle payroll accounting, reconciliations, and coordination with finance for accuracy.
  • Recommend and implement process simplification initiatives and leverage technology for operational efficiency.
