Manager Payroll

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, etc.
- Process full & final settlement of exited employees.
- Generate monthly payroll reports and share with HR/Finance.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely deduction, calculation, and deposit of statutory contributions like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, etc.
- File statutory returns (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) within stipulated deadlines.
- Handle inspections, audits, and liaise with statutory authorities.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
Employee Support
- Address payroll-related queries from employees.
- Issue payslips, Form 16, and other related documents.
- Support in HR audits, MIS reports, and data analysis.
Compliance & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and salary structures.
- Keep updated compliance registers and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors for payroll compliance checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and labor law compliance.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (SAP, Tally, Zoho Payroll, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
