- Promoting the benefits of Demat accounts and providing education on the process of account opening
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization
- Providing personalized assistance to customers in completing the Demat account opening process
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives
- Following up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers
- Providing feedback to the management on customer requirements and market trends
- Attending networking events and conferences to expand the customer base
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and competitor activities
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in field sales or direct sales roles
- Knowledge of financial products, particularly Demat accounts and stock market operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound understanding of customer relationship management
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel within the designated geographical area
- Adherence to ethical business practices and compliance standards
- Certification in sales or relevant field is a plus
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation
