About the Role:
We are looking for a sales Manager who enjoys building relationships with international & national clients and has a natural drive to close deals. In this role, you will explore new markets, understand customer needs, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth orders and timely shipments. If you are someone who loves sales, communication, and global market exposure — this role is for you.
Responsibilities: -
Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential clients to promote the company's products and services, ensuring a steady pipeline of business opportunities.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Sales Planning:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies, set targets, and meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
Travel Requirements:
Travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support business development initiatives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the purchase team and other departments to ensure a seamless flow of operations, product availability, and client satisfaction.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using company systems and reporting tools.
Performance Monitoring:
Regularly review sales performance and provide insights or recommendations to improve strategies and outcomes.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
