Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position, located in Surat, for the role of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and onboarding new customers, achieving sales targets, and managing the end-to-end sales process. They will actively contribute to the development of sales strategies, monitor market trends, The role includes fostering relationships with customers and channel partners to expand the company's outreach and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Customer Acquisition.
- Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Performance Monitoring.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and the development of sales action plans.
- Knowledge in financial products, particularly MSME, Gold, Housing, and Construction Finance loans, is highly preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market dynamics.
