Role Description

We are seeking a
full-time, on-site Information Technology Support Engineer
in
Gandhinagar
. The IT Support Engineer will play a key role in managing and supporting IT systems, providing end-user assistance, and ensuring smooth operations of our infrastructure.

Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system administration, monitoring IT infrastructure, and supporting end-users. In addition, the role requires hands-on experience with modern enterprise technologies such as
Microsoft Azure, Intune, Disaster Recovery (DR), Server Management, and Active Directory
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and help desk services to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform system administration and monitor IT infrastructure.
  • Manage
    Active Directory
    , user accounts, and group policies.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage devices and applications via
    Intune
    .
  • Support
    Azure cloud services
    including virtual machines, storage, and security.
  • Assist in
    disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution
    .
  • Perform routine server management and maintenance.
  • Document issues, solutions, and IT processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Technical Support
    and
    Information Technology
    .
  • Strong skills in
    Troubleshooting
    and
    System Administration
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Help Desk Support
    and end-user assistance.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Server Management, and Disaster Recovery
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    .
  • Relevant certifications such as
    CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Azure Administrator, or similar
    are a plus.
