Job Overview

We are seeking a
Data Analyst
who will work closely with our engineering, product, and leadership teams to extract valuable insights from large and complex datasets. This role involves working with real-time data, supporting live projects, and helping build data-driven solutions that enhance our products and services.

Job Profile & Reporting Structure

    Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to drive business decisions
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Work with databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) to extract and manipulate data
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to support analytical needs
  • Present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
  • Maintain data integrity and documentation for reproducibility

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
  • Solid understanding of data management, cleansing, and transformation techniques
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting best practices
  • Knowledge of Excel, ETL pipelines, and data architecture fundamentals
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
