Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Data Analyst
with hands-on experience in
Microsoft Fabric
,
Power BI
, and
Power Automate
to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in designing scalable data solutions, building intuitive dashboards, and automating workflows that drive business decisions across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling & Integration

  • Design and manage data pipelines using
    Microsoft Fabric
    (OneLake, Dataflows, Lakehouse, etc.)
  • Integrate diverse data sources into unified models for analysis and reporting

Business Intelligence & Visualization

  • Develop interactive and insightful dashboards using
    Power BI
  • Create DAX measures and calculated columns to support complex analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs

Automation & Workflow Optimization

  • Build and maintain automated workflows using
    Power Automate
  • Streamline repetitive tasks and data refresh cycles across systems

Data Governance & Quality

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across platforms
  • Implement best practices for data validation and documentation

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with business units, IT, and data engineering teams
  • Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Data Analyst Associate or equivalent
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Fabric
    ,
    Power BI
    , and
    Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of DAX
    ,
    Power Query
    , and
    SQL
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Dataverse, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with
    Power Platform
    ecosystem (Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
