Role Overview

The System Analyst will act as the bridge between technology and marketing, ensuring seamless integration of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards to enhance the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, analyze, and configure CRM systems supporting admissions and marketing.
  • Integrate digital tools (Google Analytics, automation platforms, email marketing) with CRM for lead tracking.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and optimize system workflows for better data accuracy and reporting.
  • Develop and present data analytics reports to leadership and internal teams.
  • Support system-driven campaigns, ensuring data synchronization across departments.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Meritto) and database management.
  • Strong in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Looker Studio).
  • Understanding of marketing automation, lead tracking, and attribution models.
  • Excellent coordination skills between technical and business teams.

Education & Institute Preference:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science / Information Systems.

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Education / EdTech / CRM-based Marketing Technology / Digital Consulting.
