Job Title: Process Analyst

What You'll Be Doing:

o Take inbound or make outbound calls to customers with the objective of discussing non- sales related issues.

o Handle all issues with diplomacy, tact, and respect.

o Provide quality service to clients through thorough knowledge of products and services.

o Communicate with current and prospective customers using a variety of computer and telecommunications technology/software to give information and answer questions.

o Enter data into computer database system.

o Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.

o Build strong relationships with Team Leader, and team members.

o Clear and effective communication skills in English. (both written and verbal)

What We Expect You To Have:

o Working knowledge of Operating Systems like Microsoft Windows 10 and basic understanding of Internet fundamentals

o Proficient in Customer service.

o Knowledge of record management procedures & processes (is a plus)

o Experience of at least 3 years Operations Center, service industry or equivalent (Freshers can also apply).

o Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

o Effective organizational skills

o Ability to access and research multiple sources of data.

o Must pass pre-hire exam with 90% or higher.

o Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

o Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

o Must be able to effectively resolve problems and be efficient in a fast-paced environment and work a variety of work schedules to include days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.

o Must be able to work in a team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment.

o Clear and effective communication skills in English. (both written and verbal)

o Should have a Graduate degree or 10+2 diploma or Class 12th Pass out

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹28,394.23 per month
