Work Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Agile and technical expertise to work closely with product, development, and testing teams to deliver new and enhanced application features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and project managers.
  • Support design, build, and testing of applications.
  • Analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
  • Prepare process flows, business models, and documentation.
  • Ensure quality through involvement in testing and requirement validation.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of APIs, SQL, Data Modelling, and Power BI.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence,
  • Understanding of SaaS/PaaS and testing processes.
  • Experience in SMSF Accounting/Auditing is a plus.
