Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers for product demonstrations and applications.
  • Prepare and interpret technical drawings, designs, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
  • Conduct trials, testing, and training for customers on machines/systems.
  • Assist in installation and after-sales application support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to travel for client/site support.
