  • Candidate will handle responsibilities towards SAAS based software system support. Able to handle moderately complex issues related to software platform.
  • We are looking for someone that can be a team player, has strong problem-solving,
  • Good hands-on technical skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Significant work experience in technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer
  • Basic Knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript necessary OR should be able to create queries in SQL.
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities, and scripting a plus.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Excellent client-facing/customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to focus and follow-through to resolution of issues.
  • Strong situation-based problem solving - able to explain how they would handle incidents, escalations and follow-through.
  • Ability to diffuse tension and work the issue at hand.
