Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Sr. Consultant/ Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet the company's revenue targets. Daily tasks include managing, training, and supporting sales teams, identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing reports on sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive resolution of issues. This role requires close coordination with other departments to align sales strategies with the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategic sales planning
  • Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and training sales teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and build client relationships
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Analytical skills for preparing and interpreting sales performance reports
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad/Mumbai/Pune and travel as necessary
