Job Description – Client Coordinator (Female)
Position: Client Coordinator
Location: Panchkula
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of services.
- Maintain client records, documentation, and follow-up regularly.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and update clients regarding project progress.
- Support management in preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing / coordination / admin role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
