Job Description – Client Coordinator (Female)

Position: Client Coordinator

Location: Panchkula

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain client records, documentation, and follow-up regularly.
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and update clients regarding project progress.
  • Support management in preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing / coordination / admin role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
