About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator / Client Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal recruitment team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination, clear communication, and excellent client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Understand client hiring needs and job specifications for IT and related technical positions.
  • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified and shortlisted candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and manage end-to-end coordination between clients and candidates.
  • Track candidate progress through all recruitment stages from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation of client communications and candidate status in the recruitment CRM/ATS.
  • Address client feedback, resolve queries, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
  • Prepare and share regular recruitment progress reports and status updates with clients.
  • Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions based on client requirements and market trends.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client coordination, account management, or recruitment operations (preferably in IT staffing).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.
