Job Description

We are looking for a smart and dynamic Telecaller to support HNI client acquisition and sales for real estate and construction investment projects. The role involves contacting potential High Net-Worth Individuals, sharing project details, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team for conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to identify and engage HNI prospects.
  • Share basic information on real estate and construction investment opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, investment capacity, and requirements.
  • Schedule meetings/site visits and coordinate with the Relationship Manager.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM.
  • Follow up with clients for documentation, KYC, and project updates.
  • Support client engagement through calls, invitations to webinars, and post-sales follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely communication and provide excellent customer support.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in telecalling or real estate sales preferred.
  • Ability to handle HNI clients professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate or investments is a plus.
  • Strong follow-up and CRM handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
