Your Role

As a Specialist in Brand Communication at StayVista, you will be responsible for providing creative writing support across all brand and marketing verticals, identifying trends, and producing SEO- and AEO-optimized blog posts on topical subjects. You will own all online and offline marketing collaterals and assets while writing timely property and regional descriptions. The role requires close cross-functional collaboration with regional and squad marketing teams, along with assisting in planning, developing, and drafting effective content marketing strategies. You will also continuously improve communication processes by exploring and evaluating new tools and capabilities.

About You

• Knowledge of SEO & AEO optimization.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong AI literacy: understands how to leverage AI for efficiency, creativity, and problem-solving, with the agility to adapt to new tools.
• Good editing and researching skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with other stakeholders. Ability to deliver results under pressure and within deadlines.
• Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.
• 2-3 years minimum work experience required.
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Journalism & Communication, or a related field.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
