Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand & Communications Executive to support brand consistency, communication strategy, and marketing collateral development. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, storytelling, and digital communication, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with creative partners and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all campaigns, marketing collaterals, and digital channels.
  • Develop creative briefs and coordinate with designers or agencies for execution of advertisements, hoardings, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Draft and edit press releases, social media content, blogs, and app push notifications aligned with brand tone and messaging.
  • Support on-ground activations and events with required branding materials and visual elements.
  • Engage with influencers, bloggers, and media partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns across online and offline platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all brand messages are aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or media coordination.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative conceptualization skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
