Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's RAAS services. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with potential clients, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills including client relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Experience in B2B SAAS, IT, and Finance industries
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
