Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to drive business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Duties
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, vendors, and partners to explain EvolveonAi solutions.
- Handle inbound leads and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or online channels.
- Support the business and marketing team with data updates and follow-up coordination.
- Meet weekly and monthly communication and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication – both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or lead generation preferred.
- Freshers with strong English and confidence are also welcome.
- Good computer skills – email handling, CRM or Excel experience.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and target-driven mindset.
Education
- Minimum: Graduate (Any stream)
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or Marketing
Salary
- ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
