ob Summary:

The Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role requires strong networking skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring while guiding junior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding).
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-quality candidates.
  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters in best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR team on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and provide regular reports.
  • Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, and industry networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in recruitment (corporate or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
