Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and process-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Executive to manage key operational

responsibilities including order processing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

You will support operations for Munio Sports Private Limited and its associated entities: Sportz Arena,

Olympic Toys and Sports, and Aquila Trophies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order & Dispatch Management

  2. Ensure all customer orders are processed and dispatched on time using Unicommerce and other internal

systems.

  • Coordinate with packing teams and ensure timely courier handovers.

  • Purchase Order & Procurement

  • Create and process purchase orders on time in sync with stock demand.

  • Place orders with suppliers and track inward deliveries.

  • Returns & Claims Handling

  • Process customer and vendor returns within defined turnaround times.

  • Ensure inwarding of returned goods, system updates, and filing of claims where applicable.

  • Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and real-time inventory updates.

  • Conduct monthly 100% stock reconciliation.

  • Identify discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.

  • Supplier Coordination

  • Track order status and ensure timely supplier communication.

  • Raise purchase requests and follow up on undelivered stock.

  • Quotations & Documentation

  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.

  • Maintain proper records of quotations, POs, delivery challans, and invoices.

  • Logistics & NDR Management

  • Coordinate daily logistics across courier platforms.

  • Manage and resolve all NDR (Non-Delivery Report) issues.

Compensation Structure:

Total Salary: Rs.21,000 per month

This salary is based on the expectation that the following six responsibilities are met on time and consistently:

  1. Processing customer orders

  2. Processing purchase orders

  3. Processing returns

  4. Placing supplier orders on time

  5. Sending quotations promptly

  6. Maintaining accurate inventory records

If these points are achieved, your full salary of Rs.21,000 will be disbursed. In case of shortfalls, specific

deductions may apply, and the base salary may drop to Rs.18,000, depending on the performance impact of

each unmet task.

Incentive Bonus:

An additional 10% bonus on Rs.18,000 (i.e. Rs.1,800/month) may be awarded for contributions beyond the

core job description, including:

  • Constructing or improving processes

  • Implementing innovative solutions

  • Proactively adding measurable value to the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹21,000.00 per month
