**Experience Required**: 4+ years

We are looking for an experienced **Warehouse and Logistics Executive** to manage our warehouse operations and logistics activities, ensuring smooth inventory flow, timely delivery, and effective coordination with our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Manage and lead the warehouse team, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for timely shipments, logistics handling, and delivery optimization.
- Monitor stock levels, process orders, and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products, meeting customer and business requirements.
- Handle warehouse documentation, compliance, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Experience working with 3PL partners.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage operational challenges without timing constraints.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
