We work with select existing cold storage and reefer owners. With the AbleCold Operating System, we streamline operations to improve service standards while maintaining costs. Our innovative business model - asset-light, tech-enabled, integrated Supply Chain management - enables us to have higher service reliability, customized solutions and faster access to markets than existing players.

We are currently operational in Bangalore with core team members from IITs, IIMs, ISB and Harvard. We are seeking experienced operations professionals to manage our warehouse operations in Bangalore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the complete warehouse operations along with warehouse manager from unloading/ Storage/ picking/ packing/ dispatches.
- Inculcating and supervising safe working practices at warehouse.
- Lead a team of warehouse employees.
- Drive continuous process improvements at the warehouse to improve reliability and sustainability of warehouse operations.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
- Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
